C. For Max Reps:
00:00-1:30 Alt. arm DB snatch @ heavy (22,5/15kg)
1:30-2:00 rest
2:00-3:30 Wall Ball 9/6 kg
rest 90" ( from 3:30 - 5:00 , then start from the beginning - 5:00- 6:30 DB snatch etc... )
x 3 sets total ( until 13:30)
D. Accessory:
Dual DB cossack lunge x8/8 reps x 3-4 sets ( 1' rest btw. sets)
