If you are familier with or want to try CrossFit this class is for you. It contains olympic lifting, kettlebell workouts, bodyweight exercises and the combination of these elements. Also some accessories to improve your technique and strength as well as your coordination and conditioning.

Here during the 60 minutes, we focus on stretching the different type of main body parts: shoulders, thoracic spine, hip etc. Using different equipment such as: SMR foam roller, massage balls, bands..

Ideal for someone who wants to take their training to the next level and feels that 60 minutes is not enough. Here there is more focus on improving strength in the olympic lifts and doing different wods(workouts of the day). Also if you tought about maybe joining a competition in the future, here you can train with and learn from atheletes who are actively taking part of competitions.

During this 60 minutes the main focus is only on olympic weightlifing (snatch, clean and jerk-and accessory strengthening lifts, exercies). After a specific proper warm-up, with the help of a coach you can practice and improve your technique or even set some new personal records.

TRX for beginners, someone starting over or experienced athletes. We teach you the important basics: how to properly execute the different type of exercises done with the TRX. It improves your strength, mobility, endurance. As the maximum limit for this class is 7, so it is a smaller group anyone can work on their level of training.
