Cross

Duration: 60 mins
If you are familier with or want to try CrossFit this class is for you. It contains olympic lifting, kettlebell workouts, bodyweight exercises and the combination of these elements. Also some accessories to improve your technique and strength as well as your coordination and conditioning.

Basic

Duration: 60 mins
Choose this if you like doing mostly bodyweight exercises , kettlebell workouts or some very light weightlifting. These classes are dynamic, energetic and will improve your overall fitness and stamina while your are being part of a great group.

Beginner

Duration: 60 mins
Want to get in shape or improve your overall fitness but lacking the motivation to do so? It is not easy to start and do something alone but with us you dont have to. As part of a group with the help of our coaches you will definitely find motivation and reach your goals.

Crazy

Duration: 60 mins
As the name suggests it is a very dynamic 'crazy' class. It is perfect for fat burning as it mostly consits of high intensity workouts. Body weight exercises with or without equipments, cardio machines etc. If you do not like lifting weights but like to be outside of your comfort zone this is perfect for you.

Mobility

Duration: 60 mins
All the different type of trainings require a certain amount of mobility. It has a great effect on your overall performance helps your recovery and prevents injuries. Here during the 60 minutes, we focus on stretching the different type of main body parts: shoulders, thoracic spine, hip etc. Using different equipment such as: SMR foam roller, massage balls, bands..

Rx

Duration: 120 mins
Ideal for someone who wants to take their training to the next level and feels that 60 minutes is not enough. Here there is more focus on improving strength in the olympic lifts and doing different wods(workouts of the day). Also if you tought about maybe joining a competition in the future, here you can train with and learn from atheletes who are actively taking part of competitions.

Lifting

Duration: 60 mins
During this 60 minutes the main focus is only on olympic weightlifing (snatch, clean and jerk-and accessory strengthening lifts, exercies). After a specific proper warm-up, with the help of a coach you can practice and improve your technique or even set some new personal records.

TRX

Duration: 60 mins
TRX for beginners, someone starting over or experienced athletes. We teach you the important basics: how to properly execute the different type of exercises done with the TRX. It improves your strength, mobility, endurance. As the maximum limit for this class is 7, so it is a smaller group anyone can work on their level of training.
